Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In the original packaging
• Returned with proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@drivegearvault.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll send you the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
